## Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and expand our customer network across the Deoghar region and surrounding districts.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, promoting the company's product portfolio, acquiring new business accounts, and developing long-term relationships with medical stores, pharmacies, pharmaceutical distributors, traders, vaccination clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare establishments.

The primary objective of this role is to generate new business, convert prospective customers into active buyers, and increase sales of life-saving injections, medicines, and vaccines across the assigned territory.

## Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition & Business Developmen
- dentify and approach potential medical stores, pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers, traders, vaccination clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare establishments.

Generate new leads through field visits, market research, referrals, and professional networking.

Convert prospective customers into regular buyers of the company's products.

DDevelop and maintain a solid customer base across all assigned districts.

- Field Sales & Marketing

Conduct regular market visits to meet prospective and existing customers.

Present the company's product portfolio, pricing,



availability, and applicable business terms.

Promote life-saving injections, critical care medicines, and vaccines to relevant healthcare businesses.

Implement sales and marketing activities to increase product awareness and market penetration.

- Territory Management

Manage sales activities across Deoghar, Giridih, Dumka, Godda, Pakur, and Sahibganj.

Plan daily customer visits and periodic market coverage.

Identify new business opportunities and assess local market demand.

Maintain an updated database of customers, prospects, competitors, and market developments.

- Sales Target Achievement

Work toward assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate orders and contribute to revenue growth.

Follow up on quotations, pending orders, repeat purchases, and outstanding payments.

Ientify opportunities to increase customer retention and average order value.

- Customer Relationship Management**

Build and maintain professional relationships with retailers, distributors, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the company's portfolio.

Resolve routine customer queries and coordinate with the internal team regarding pricing, availability, and order fulfilment.

Encourage repeat business through regular follow-ups and dependable customer service.

- Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily field visit reports and regular sales updates to management.

Maintain records of leads generated, customer meetings, orders received, and follow-ups.

Cordinate with the billing, operations, and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.





Monitor market feedback and share insights to support business planning.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Intermediate/Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Commerce, or Business Administration will be preferred.

Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical distribution, healthcare marketing, or FMCG field sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills, a willingness to travel, and a sales-oriented mindset may also apply.

Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into customers.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and sales reporting tools.

Self-motivated, disciplined, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.

Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned districts.

## Performance Expectations

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Number of new customers acquired.

Monthly sales and order generation.

Achievement of assigned sales targets.

Territory coverage and field visit productivity.

Customer retention and repeat business.

Timely reporting and follow-up on payments.

Compensation : Salary and performance-based incentives, as per company policy and experience.

Travel Allowance : As per company policy.
