Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, presenting Jasfo Design’s services, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives, support promotional campaigns, and collaborate with the design and project teams to align offerings with client requirements.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, tracking sales performance, and providing product and service training to internal and external stakeholders as needed. The role also includes gathering market insights, contributing to brand positioning,



and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex design solutions clearly and professionally.
- Proven experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and handling inquiries effectively.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or design-related environment.
- Experience in Training, such as guiding team members or clients on services, processes, or product offerings.
- Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and basic reporting on sales metrics.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and familiarity with promotional campaigns, digital outreach, or branding in the design or construction sector.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in architectural, interior design, or real estate industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
