Role Description The Ride Operator is responsible for safely operating amusement rides and ensuring that all guests have a positive and secure experience. This full-time, on-site role is located in Ernakulam and involves monitoring ride equipment, following safety protocols, and conducting pre-operation checks. Day-to-day tasks include assisting guests with boarding and exiting rides, explaining safety rules, managing queues, and maintaining a clean and organized ride area.

The role also requires handling basic customer inquiries, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns to supervisors,



and supporting team members during peak hours. Ride Operators are expected to follow all company policies and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests effectively and handle inquiries or concerns.
- Candidates should possess Cash Handling skills to accurately process payments and manage ticketing or ride-related transactions.
- Candidates should possess Training and Team Leadership skills to support new team members, share best practices, and contribute to a cooperative work environment.
- Attention to safety procedures, ability to stand for extended periods, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in amusement parks, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Basic educational qualification (high school diploma or equivalent) and the ability to understand and follow safety and operational guidelines.
