Role Description The Resume Writer will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and tailored resumes and cover letters for candidates across diverse industries and job levels. Day-to-day tasks include gathering candidate information, analyzing job descriptions, optimizing resumes for applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensuring documents align with each client’s branding and standards. The role also involves editing and formatting existing resumes, advising candidates on professional presentation, and collaborating with recruiters to understand role requirements and market trends.





This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, requiring close coordination with the local team and adherence to established quality and turnaround time standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex career histories into concise, impactful content.
- Candidates should possess resume development and document formatting skills, including experience tailoring resumes and cover letters for different roles and industries.
- Candidates should possess research and analytical skills to interpret job descriptions, identify key competencies, and match candidate profiles to employer requirements.
