- PRIME RESPONSIBILITY

To monitor, coordinate, delegate and implement various quality related activities of technical departments such as Quality assurance, Quality Control and Production. Delegate and supervise

IPQA for activities to comply with GMP and FDA with aim of assuring the quality of the products manufactured, analyzed and dispatched.

- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare the following documents and maintain them as per review period or then as per changes (GMP)and also update their formats as and when necessary:
- Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records.
- Standard operating Procedures for all departments
- Manufacturing Formula Records for all products manufactured.
- Annual product Review with trend analysis for all products.
- Vendor Approval
- Process flow chart review for all departments.
- General Testing Procedures, Standard Testing Procedures, Specifications for all Raw material, packing

material and in process samples
- Validation Master Plan
- Training schedules
- Investigation of quality complaints from market.
- Site Master file documents.
- To maintain GMP in Manufacturing Areas as well as ancillary areas through IPQA checks.
- To ensure compliance of SOPs in all departments through internal audit schedules.
- To forward product codes from User to EDP department.
- Barcode GTIN No. issuance for export order.
- Implementation of Quality tools in the organization such as Risk analysis approach in processes.
- Approval of artwork and shade card as per customer requirements forwarded by Business

development or Regulatory affairs department.
- Approving the optically checked samples for tenders /institutions/registrations in export.
- To give online training to workers/ staff where deviation in system occurs and for imparting

technical knowledge.




- Prepare facilities for technical audits with coordination with Manager TQM/Plant Manager/

Regulatory affairs.
- Carry out validation activities for all systems such as HVAC, Water, Processes as per protocols and

maintain documents for the same, including simulation trials.
- Follow up with Engineering dept. for utilities calibration and validations.
- Implement changes in system as per instructions from VP Technical head.
- Monitor and assure finished product release from QC before dispatch.
- Carry out Optical validation and monitor validation of equipment in production and quality control

departments.
- To compile and prepare documents, submission of monthly reports and other reports in time to the

VP Technical.
- To inform CEO of the company about any critical matter that may pose responsible threat to the quality

of product.
- Recruitment as and when required for optimum functioning of QA without going into pending

status.
- Delegation and allotment of work periodically to maintain status of GMP in all departments.
- Maintain daily diary with brief of pending work to be done. Preparing monthly action orientation

report and line of action for correction reference all the operations with assistance of mangers.
- Any other work as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
