We’re Hiring | Project Manager

Vastu Vihar (Technoculture Building Centre Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a professional with a strong background in construction and real estate who can manage project execution, lead teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise site operations and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources.
- Resolve in office challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is preferred.
