HomeSlice runs homestays, serviced apartments, villas and luxury rooms across Bengaluru. We are hiring friendly, reliable people to look after our properties and welcome our guests.
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru (on-site)
Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Host guests at the property: check-in, check-out, a warm welcome and a quick walkthrough
- Keep the property clean, stocked and guest-ready, and coordinate with housekeeping
- Handle guest requests during the stay, in person or over a call
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Follow HomeSlice standards for cleanliness, safety and guest experience
- Call Host option: answer guest calls and messages, resolve issues quickly and coordinate with the on-site team
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, homestays, property upkeep or guest support
- Polite, calm and responsible; valuable with people
- Comfortable communicating in English plus Hindi
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills
- Open to shift or on-site duties, depending on the role
