Product Developer – Cold-Pressed Juices (Recipe & Microbiology)

N Coldpressed (SS Fitness Pvt Ltd) makes 100% fresh, cold-pressed juices with no added sugar and no preservatives. We supply Google, Salesforce, the Taj group, and leading quick-commerce platforms. We’re looking for a hands-on juice developer who has actually built cold-pressed blends that went to market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create new cold-pressed juice, shot and blend recipes, from concept through trials to launch
- Balance taste, nutrition, Brix, pH and colour, and scale recipes from kitchen batch to production
- Run shelf-life and microbial studies (TPC, yeast & mould, coliforms) to keep products safe without preservatives
- Improve existing recipes using customer feedback, yield and cost data
- Work with nutritionists, procurement, production and QA, and keep explicit trial records and recipe SOPs
- Ensure every product meets FSSAI and food safety standards

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in cold-pressed juice, fresh beverage or beverage R&D;




- At least 2–3 recipes you developed that reached customers
- Working knowledge of food microbiology, shelf-life testing and hygienic handling of fresh produce
- Familiarity with FSSAI, HACCP and GMP
- A degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, Nutrition or a related field
- A strong palate, curiosity about flavour trends, and comfort on the production floor

- Your experience is only academic or lab-based, with no production exposure
- You’re looking for a Head of R&D; or team-lead role
