Role Description As a Presales Executive for Public Speaking, you will work full time in a remote capacity to support the growth of Fantastiqo’s education programs. You will engage with prospective learners and parents, introduce public speaking and communication courses, and explain how these offerings meet their needs. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, messages, and online meetings, and providing clear information about program features, pricing, and enrollment processes.

You will coordinate with the sales and academic teams to prepare responses to inquiries and RFPs, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and ensure a positive presales experience for all prospects.



The role also involves gathering feedback from potential customers to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospect identification, qualification, and follow-up in an online or education-focused environment.
- Excellent Communication abilities, with confidence in public speaking, presenting over video calls, and building rapport with diverse audiences.
- Sales-driven mindset, with experience in presales, consultative selling, and guiding prospects from initial interest to enrollment decisions.
- Exposure to RFP processes, including understanding requirements, preparing presales inputs, and collaborating with internal teams to craft proposals.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving to ensure a smooth experience for prospective learners and families.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, proficiency in common digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, video conferencing), and strong time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in education, training, edtech, or public speaking programs is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who can work independently, meet targets, and contribute to a team-oriented, inclusive culture.
