About the Role

Shift: 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM IST

Desired Candidate: A hands-on Manager – PMS & Payroll to independently own the end-to-end performance management cycle and coordinate accurate, timely payroll operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end PMS cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, calibration, and feedback.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Collect and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, salary revisions, deductions, and employee changes; support final settlements.
- Partner with managers and business leaders on performance evaluations, goal alignment, and performance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate PMS and payroll records; prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and broader HR/people processes, including employee lifecycle activities.
- Identify process gaps, improve workflows,



maintain confidentiality, and drive timely execution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMS, preferably within SaaS, IT, AI, or the broader technology industry.

Required Skills

- Proven experience managing end-to-end PMS, including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisals, calibration, and feedback.
- Hands-on payroll experience, including payroll inputs, salary changes, deductions, leave/attendance, and final settlements.
- Understanding of applicable payroll compliance and statutory requirements; US payroll or US stakeholder experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with employee engagement, people processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Solid ownership, analytical skills, communication, and stakeholder management; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
