Role Description The PeopleSoft HCM Developer will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications to support core HR processes and organizational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules, building and maintaining Component Interfaces, managing integrations with internal and external systems, and providing production support for HCM-related issues. The role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, writing and optimizing code, and performing unit and system testing to ensure stable, secure solutions.





The developer will collaborate closely with functional HR teams, business stakeholders, and other technical professionals to deliver enhancements, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in upgrades and patch deployments. This is a full-time, in office role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM development, including configuration,
- payroll, core hr, customization, and application maintenance.
- Hands-on expertise with Component Interface and Integration technologies (e.g., web services, APIs, middleware) for PeopleSoft.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, performance tuning, root cause analysis, and solution optimization.
- Experience providing Production Support in a PeopleSoft HCM environment, including incident resolution and change management.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, Application Engine, PS Query, SQR or similar reporting tools, and SQL.
- Understanding of core HR processes and HCM concepts; experience working with HR stakeholders or functional teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and commitment to quality and documentation.
- Experience with cloud-based deployments, version upgrades, or multi-country implementations is an advantage.
