We are looking for an experienced Oracle Services Cloud Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle CX Service solutions and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, integration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle CX Service implementations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions.
- Configure service processes, workflows, business rules, roles and security.
- Handle application configuration, extensions and customisation.
- Work with integration teams for connectivity with Oracle and third-party applications.
- Support data migration, SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production deployment.
- Prepare functional/technical design documentation.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders throughout implementation and go-live.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall Oracle experience.
- Strong Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle CX Service experience.
- Hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
- End-to-end implementation lifecycle exposure.
- Service request / case management processes.
- Business rules, workflows and application configuration.
- Integration and data migration exposure.
- SIT, UAT and production go-live experience.
- Strong client and stakeholder communication.
