Position: US Operations Manager with Domestic Experience– IT Software Development

We are looking for an experienced US Operations Manager with strong expertise in managing both US and Domestic (India) operations within an IT Software Development or IT Services company. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US business operations, India operations, client coordination, resource management, project delivery coordination, and overall operational management in a software development setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US and Domestic (India) operations for an IT Software Development company.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with US clients, stakeholders, and internal development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage US and India-based teams, including workforce planning, performance monitoring, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with software development, project management, HR, finance, and recruitment teams.
- Handle US client onboarding, contracts, vendor coordination, invoicing, and operational escalations.
- Monitor project delivery timelines, SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Implement operational strategies, process improvements,



and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant US and Indian business policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Must have experience as a US Operations Manager in an IT Software Development / IT Services company.
- Mandatory hands-on experience managing both US and Domestic (India) operations.
- Strong understanding of IT software development business operations and project delivery processes.
- Experience managing US clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of resource management, workforce planning, vendor management, and client relationship management.
- Experience in operational budgeting, invoicing, contracts, and cost management.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, process improvement, and operational reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in US time zones and coordinate effectively with US-based stakeholders.

Mandatory Criteria

- Candidates must have prior US Operations Manager experience in an IT Software Development company, along with Domestic (India) operations experience.
- Candidates with experience exclusively in BPO, KPO, or non-IT operations will not be considered.
