1. Minimum 5+ years of Oracle Service Cloud/B2C Service experience.
2. Solid knowledge of workspaces, workflows, knowledge management, security and service operations.
3. Experience with scripting, APIs, integrations and analytics.
4. Experience in implementation, enhancement and production support.
5. Good communication, documentation and customer-interaction skills.
