Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Weave & Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities such as assisting in the development of basic marketing collateral, coordinating with internal teams to gather product and production information, and helping maintain databases of key clients and prospects.

Responsibilities include contributing to market research initiatives, compiling competitor and buyer insights, tracking campaign or outreach performance, and preparing simple reports and presentations. The intern will help with liaison activities between marketing and sales,



support customer communication for ongoing programs, and participate in organizing factory visits, presentations, and other client-facing initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to garment manufacturing operations and the export and corporate apparel supply chain while building foundational marketing skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data collection, basic analysis, and the development of structured marketing activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead follow-up support and coordination with sales teams for presentations and client meetings.
- Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project tracking tools).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- A background in Marketing, Business, Textile/Fashion Management, or a related field (student or recent graduate) is preferred.
- Interest in garment manufacturing, export operations, and corporate apparel programs will be considered an advantage.
