Role Description The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and organizing customer and competitor insights, and helping develop basic marketing strategies and campaign ideas. The intern will collaborate with the team to create and refine marketing materials, support outreach and sales enablement activities, and help track performance metrics for ongoing campaigns.





The role also involves interacting with potential users or clients, providing explicit communication and responsive customer service, and contributing to a consistent brand presence across digital channels. This position offers hands-on exposure to the AI and startup ecosystem, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clearly and professionally with users, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development using data-driven insights.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and comfort supporting outreach and lead-generation activities.
- Interest in technology, AI, or startups, with a willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with social media or digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Navi Mumbai.
