Role Description The Marketing Assistant role at PrimeXei English Institute is a full time, on-site position based in Aurangabad.

The Marketing

Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, including conducting market research, assisting in planning and executing promotional campaigns, and helping to generate leads for institute programs.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students, answering inquiries, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team in conversions and follow-ups.



The role also involves coordinating events or workshops, maintaining online and offline marketing materials, and collaborating with trainers and management to communicate program benefits effectively.

The Marketing

Assistant will contribute to building brand awareness and ensuring a positive experience for learners and visitors.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand local demand, competitor offerings, and learner needs.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions for institute programs.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; local language skills are beneficial.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
