Role DescriptionWe are looking for a UGC Creator & Marketing Intern to create engaging, relatable, and authentic content that connects with parents and families. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, offering an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to building a growing children’s nutrition brand.

The ideal candidate enjoys creating short-form videos, understands social media trends, and can turn everyday product experiences into compelling content. You will help develop creative concepts, shoot and edit reels, support influencer and creator collaborations, and contribute to the brand’s overall digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- UGC Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product demos, testimonials, and lifestyle content.
- Creative Storytelling: Develop relatable content around children’s nutrition, parenting, everyday routines, and the challenges parents face.
- Social Media Management: Assist in planning and executing content calendars across Instagram and other relevant digital platforms.
- Trend Research: Identify trending audio, formats, hooks, memes, and content styles that can be adapted to the brand.
- Product Marketing: Create product-focused content that communicates our product benefits, ingredients, and brand philosophy in a simple, credible, and engaging way.
- Influencer & Creator Outreach:



Identify relevant creators, coordinate collaborations, and assist with UGC briefs and content follow-ups.
- Content Performance: Track views, reach, engagement, watch time, and other relevant metrics to understand what works and improve future content.
- Campaign Support: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Competitive Research: Study competing brands and emerging content trends in children’s nutrition, parenting, and consumer wellness.

Qualifications
- A strong interest in content creation, social media, UGC, and digital marketing.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing and shooting content featuring products, creators, and everyday lifestyle settings.
- Basic skills in video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
- A valuable understanding of Instagram Reels, hooks, storytelling, trends, and what makes content engaging.
- Creative thinking, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
- Ability to independently brainstorm ideas and take them from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic social media analytics is an advantage.
- An interest in parenting, children’s nutrition, food, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus.
- A portfolio of reels, videos, UGC, or other creative work is preferred. Personal projects and creator accounts are welcome.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred, but practical creativity and execution matter more.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Jaipur.
