Chennai, Tamil Nadu Department: Media & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary FC Marina Academy is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual artwork. The ideal candidate should have solid design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to execute creative briefs independently while meeting deadlines. The candidate will work closely with the Media and Marketing team to create visually engaging content that strengthens the brand and supports the organisation’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Creative Execution
- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertisements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Convert ideas, concepts, and creative briefs into high-quality visual artwork.
- Create posters, banners, brochures, presentations, merchandise designs, and other marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative variations for campaigns based on marketing requirements.
- Adapt designs to different platforms, formats, and dimensions. 2. Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
- Follow established brand guidelines, including colours, typography, logos, and visual identity.
- Ensure all artwork meets quality standards before final delivery.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the organisation’s brand positioning. 3. Collaboration & Coordination




- Coordinate with the Media Team Leader and other team members to understand design requirements.
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
- Understand briefs, clarify requirements, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Support other departments with design requirements when necessary. 4. Work Management & Accountability
- Manage multiple design requests and prioritise tasks based on deadlines.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from concept development to final delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising design quality.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain organised design files, source files, and creative assets. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate ideas into professional and visually appealing artwork.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve design output continuously.




- A portfolio demonstrating design skills and previous work is mandatory. Added advantage: Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or other motion graphics and video editing tools. Key Performance Expectations The candidate will be evaluated on:

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who does not simply wait for instructions but actively understands the requirement, contributes creative ideas, identifies opportunities to improve designs, and ensures work gets completed on time. The ideal candidate combines creativity, speed, ownership, and execution to deliver consistent, high-quality design work.
