2+ Years Preferred Company Description Founded in 2016, Rever Industries is an additive manufacturing company based in Nashik, Maharashtra, specializing in 3D printing materials and advanced 3D printing services. Our 3D printing services include functional prototypes, industrial components, architectural models, sculptures, product replicas, and customized manufacturing projects using FDM, SLA, and MSLA technologies. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Additive Manufacturing Engineer with solid technical knowledge of FDM, SLA, and MSLA printing technologies. The candidate will be responsible for 3D model preparation, slicing, file repairing, support generation, and optimizing printing parameters to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and slice 3D models using Bambu Studio, CHITUBOX, VoxelDance, and Materialise Magics.
• Optimize print orientation, support structures, layer heights, infill, and slicing parameters.
• Inspect, repair, and modify STL and other 3D files using CAD software and Materialise Magics.
• Resolve mesh errors, non-manifold geometry, holes, and other file-related issues.
• Perform model splitting, hollowing, and assembly preparation when required.
• Prepare complex geometries for FDM, SLA,



and MSLA printing.
• Coordinate with production teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure print-ready files meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Optimize material utilization and printing efficiency. Qualifications & Required Skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with FDM, SLA, and MSLA printing technologies.
• Proficiency in Bambu Studio, CHITUBOX, VoxelDance, and Materialise Magics.
• Experience in CAD modeling, STL repairing, and mesh optimization.
• Strong understanding of slicing parameters, support generation, and print orientation.
• Knowledge of 3D printing materials, resin printing, and post-processing requirements.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently prepare complex 3D models for printing. Preferred Experience
• Experience with large-format and industrial 3D printing projects.
• Experience preparing complex geometries for resin printing.
• Knowledge of production-scale additive manufacturing workflows.
