* Engage with students and parents through consultative sales conversations.
* Drive outbound and follow-up calls and manage the sales pipeline.
* Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
* Build strong relationships and communicate product value.
* Drive conversions and contribute directly to business growth. ? What Are We Looking For?
* Strong sales acumen and a result-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and rapport-building skills.




* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
* Proficiency in CRM/sales tools.
* EdTech sales experience is mandatory (K-12 EdTech / Test Prep preferred).
* Bachelor’s degree and own device.
* Current fixed CTC must be above ₹6 LPA. ? Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA CTC ✅ ₹7 LPA Fixed ? ₹3 LPA Performance-Linked Incentives ?️ Language Requirement: Telugu / Hindi (English is mandatory) ? Work Mode: Work From Office ? Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off) ⏰
