Responsibilities
• Processing and Quality checking.
• Process reporting and training.
• Queue Allocation & Management.
• Update SOPs and other process documents.
• Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
• Process improvement.
• Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
• Succeeding as a Senior Analyst
- Operations, will require the following core qualifications and skills
• 1
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefits or Health domain.
• Written and verbal proficiency in Basic French is a must.
B1 or B2 certification in French.
• Positive analytical and communication skills.
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word).
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Should be able to work on reporting and generating dashboards.
