Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, combining in-office presence with work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include supporting digital campaigns, drafting posts, basic graphic or video coordination, and monitoring social channels for comments and messages. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, conducting competitor and trend research, and collaborating with the marketing and healthcare teams to ensure content aligns with Reboot HealthCare’s mission and services. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing,



with an understanding of major social platforms and basic analytics.
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including drafting posts, captions, and campaign ideas tailored to target audiences.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey healthcare concepts clearly and sensitively.
• Interest in or basic knowledge of holistic healthcare, wellness, psychology, or nutrition is an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with hybrid work in Bengaluru, valuable time management, and readiness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) or content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
