The ideal candidate will design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion. The role coordinates between design, consultants, contractors, and project management teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities
• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed designs in line with project requirements and applicable codes
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, GFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to resolve design conflicts
• Conduct site visits to check work against drawings and quality standards
• Review and approve contractor submissions, material samples, and mock-ups
• Manage design changes, RFIs,



and variations during execution
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, statutory norms, and approvals
• Track project timelines and report progress and risks to management
• Guide and review the work of junior architects and draftsmen
• Support cost control through value engineering and sound material selection Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineer or equivalent experience 4
- 10 years related experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent problem solving skills
• Solid technical expertise related to design and construction
