About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Executive to join our fast-growing TA team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from initial requirement intake to successful submittal and final closure. Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will be the driving force behind connecting top-tier talent with high-impact roles, utilizing your expertise across both IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete full-cycle recruiting process, including requirement intake, strategic sourcing, comprehensive screening, submittals, and offer closures.
• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using a mix of ATS tools, premium job boards, LinkedIn RPS, targeted referrals, and creative alternative channels.
• Compliance Management: Strictly adhere to MSP/VMS submittal protocols, compliance mandates, and required documentation standards for State Government and enterprise accounts.
• Comprehensive Screening: Evaluate candidates rigorously for technical proficiency, functional capabilities, and overarching domain fit.
• Contract Navigation: Expertly negotiate and finalize hires on both W2 and C2C arrangements, ensuring strict alignment with US tax structures and visa regulations.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to consistently meet placement targets and deliver high-quality submittals. Required Qualifications

Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in US recruitment, specifically with a track record of supporting State or Federal Government through MSP/VMS platforms.
• Dual-Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
• IT Recruitment Acumen: Deep understanding of full-cycle IT recruitment, including core IT concepts, and emerging technology stacks. Must possess the ability to effectively evaluate technical profiles.
• Non-IT Recruitment Acumen: Strong capability to grasp complex Non-IT requirements, including specific industry certifications, state licenses, qualifications, and niche domain experience.
• Visa & Tax Knowledge: Thorough understanding of US visa regulations (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.) and US tax terms (W2, C2C).
• Advanced Sourcing

Skills:
Hands-on experience navigating modern ATS platforms, mainstream job boards, and specialized platforms, with a strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS).
• Competencies: Exceptional communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
