We work with clients across international markets, helping businesses communicate their ideas through strategic branding, visual storytelling, digital experiences, and design. Our approach combines psychology, creative strategy, and design to build identities that go beyond aesthetics. We focus on understanding how people perceive, interpret, and interact with brands, then translating those insights into meaningful visual experiences. The Prospect We're building a network of talented freelance creatives to collaborate with our team on client projects across different industries. We're looking for designers who can translate creative direction into high-quality visual work, follow established design systems, work collaboratively under the guidance of our Lead Visual Designer, and bring ideas to life with precision and creativity. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects for international clients, work across different creative disciplines, and collaborate with a team that values thoughtful design and strategic thinking. This is a freelance, remote, project-based opportunity. Compensation will be determined by the scope of work, project requirements, experience, and mutually agreed contractual terms. Roles & Creative Disciplines We're open to connecting with talented creatives across the following areas:
- Graphic Designers: Brand assets, social media creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign visuals.
- Brand Identity Designers: Logo systems, typography, colour systems, brand guidelines, and visual identity development.
- UI/UX Designers: User research, wireframing, interface design, user flows, prototypes, and digital product experiences.
- Web Designers: Website layouts, landing pages, responsive interfaces, and visually compelling digital experiences.
- Visual Designers:



Art direction, visual storytelling, composition, and cohesive design systems.
- Motion & Digital Designers: Motion graphics, animated assets, and engaging digital content.
- Presentation Designers: Pitch decks, company profiles, investor presentations, and information-rich visual communication. You don't need to specialise in every discipline. We're interested in understanding your individual strengths and the value you can bring to our projects. Skills & Qualifications Design Skills
- Strong fundamentals in typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, and visual communication.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute design directions accurately.
- Understanding of branding principles, visual consistency, and design systems.
- Ability to adapt to different brand identities, project requirements, and creative styles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished work. Tools & Software Depending on your specialisation, experience with the following tools is valuable:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Framer or Webflow
- Canva and other relevant design tools For UI/UX and web design roles, familiarity with responsive design, prototyping, usability principles, and modern website design practices is an advantage. You don't need to know every tool listed. We care about your craft, your ability to learn, and the quality of your work. Working Style
