Role Description The Volunteer will support day-to-day operations at The Dental Bond’s on-site practice in Mumbai in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities may include assisting with patient coordination and check-in, supporting the dental team with non-clinical tasks, maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area, and helping patients with basic information about appointments and services. The Volunteer may also help with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing schedules under supervision.



Additional tasks can include assisting with patient education materials, coordinating with concierge services for visiting patients, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and staff. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about healthcare, eager to learn about modern dentistry, and committed to providing a positive patient experience. Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including handling documents, scheduling, and data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment, follow instructions, and support multiple specialists under one roof.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with respect for patient confidentiality and diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages (such as Hindi or Marathi) is an advantage.
• Interest in dentistry or healthcare; prior volunteer or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time, in office schedule in Mumbai and adapt to evolving clinic needs.
