AMNT, Mumbai Role Overview Looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join the Business Development & Marketing team of Modular Fabrication Business (MFB) within the Offshore IC. The role involves supporting market intelligence activities, Tendering (front-facing) including bid compilation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and customer engagement for opportunities across the oil, gas and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business development activities for targeted sectors and geographies. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, opportunity tracking, and customer mapping. Assist in undertaking prequalification activities for clients/projects, as required. Tendering (front-facing) including bid compilation, business/risk presentations, management presentations etc.



Coordinate with internal departments for collection and consolidation of inputs related to bids, prequalification, and client submissions. Support client engagement activities, meetings, and follow-up actions. Maintain databases, trackers, and MIS related to prospects, engagement opportunities or business development activities. Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality. Contribute towards improving departmental processes, and analytical workflows. Desired Profile Graduate Engineer (Mechanical preferred); MBA is optional. 3–6 years of experience in marketing, proposals, project execution or any related techno-commercial functions. Strong analytical skills with clarity of thought and attention to detail. Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities. Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of handling multiple tasks under timelines. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
