About the Role
Algotale Inc. is expanding its IT staffing and recruitment operations in the US market and is looking for a proactive, research-oriented BDE Intern to support client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify US-based companies actively hiring for IT and technology roles.
• Research target companies and generate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
• Identify decision-makers, including HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CTOs.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and company websites.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and consistent follow-ups.
• Engage prospects, nurture leads, book meetings, and support lead-to-client conversion.
• Maintain prospect databases,



CRM records, and sales pipeline reports. Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good research, analytical, and lead generation abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Interest in B2B sales, IT staffing, recruitment, and US-market business development.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
