Role Description The Operations Executive role at Transition is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, including monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery. The Operations Executive will help streamline workflows, track key operational metrics, and identify areas for efficiency and cost improvements. The role includes maintaining clear communication with internal teams, documenting processes, and assisting in the implementation of operational policies and best practices.



The Operations Executive will also support cross-functional collaboration between operations, customer service, and logistics to enhance overall brand performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily processes, inventory, and workflow optimization.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or order management systems) and an ability to learn new software quickly.
• Prior experience in operations, supply chain, retail, or D2C/e-commerce environments is beneficial.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
