We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Annotation Team Lead for Simplified Chinese language Data Annotation to lead a team while actively contributing to the annotation process. This is a hands-on role that requires performing word alignment and annotation, along with ensuring high-quality output, reviewing team deliverables, and maintaining productivity across the team.

Key responsibilities
• 4 hours hands on reviewing, alignment, rating and annotation
• 6 hours quality assurance, coaching, mentoring Deliverables:
• Team should meet daily throughput within quality metrics
• Must be capable of leading up to 50 people, taking ownership of team quality, throughput, coaching, and results, working flexible or extended hours (including Saturdays), and thriving in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment while driving team performance. Certification required:
• HSK Level 6 (established six-level system) or HSK Level 9 under the HSK 7–9 framework, or an equivalent Chinese-language qualification.
