Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote Millbox Studio’s modular interior solutions to residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying target segments, coordinating with sales and design teams, and managing both online and offline marketing activities. The role involves preparing marketing materials,



monitoring campaign performance, supporting sales presentations, and maintaining relationships with partners such as architects and contractors. The Marketing Executive will also contribute to brand positioning, lead generation, and local promotional events to drive business growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales skills to engage clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Kerala, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
• Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools, presentation software, and CRM or lead management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
