Role Description The Business Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing business development and sales initiatives across forex, crypto, and brokerage solutions, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. The Business Director will lead planning and execution of business strategies, identify new market opportunities, and manage key client relationships.



Daily responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams, coordinating with product and operations to deliver client solutions, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing business models for affiliates, partners, and investors. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring effective communication, and representing the company in high-level meetings and industry events. Qualifications
