Role Description The Outreach Lead Generation Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ballabgarh. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new leads for Enterslice’s compliance and advisory services through targeted outreach via calls, emails, social platforms, and professional networks. The specialist will research potential clients, understand their business needs, and present Enterslice’s offerings clearly and persuasively to drive interest and initial engagement.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining and updating lead databases, tracking outreach activities, coordinating with the sales team on follow-ups, and contributing to lead-generation campaigns and strategies. The role requires consistent pipeline development, reporting on lead metrics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills related to New Leads and Lead Generation, including experience building and managing a qualified sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and support the closing process.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to identify target markets, prospect organizations, and key decision-makers.
• Candidates should have proficiency with CRM or lead management tools and basic data tracking or reporting capabilities.
• Relevant experience in B2B outreach, professional services, or SaaS/compliance platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Ballabgarh in a fast-paced environment are required.
