Role Description This is a full-time, in office Zoho Developer role based in Kochi. The Zoho Developer will design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related tools) to meet client business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring modules, creating custom functions and workflows, developing integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms, and optimizing existing Zoho implementations for performance and usability. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into technical solutions, preparing documentation, and providing support and troubleshooting for deployed Zoho solutions.



The Zoho Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with clients’ operational and growth objectives. Qualifications
• Strong experience with Zoho ecosystem (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) and ability to configure modules, fields, workflows, and automation.
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and related APIs for building custom functions, integrations, and advanced business logic.
• Background in software development or engineering, with solid understanding of databases, REST APIs, and web technologies (such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS).
• Skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to translate complex workflows into clear, efficient systems.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance optimization within cloud-based business applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in automation projects, CRM/ERP implementation, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
