The production is driven by innovation, digital-first storytelling, and audience participation across multiple platforms. Role Description This full time remote Product Engineer role is responsible for designing, building, and iterating digital products and systems that power India’s Future Investors across web, mobile, and backend platforms. The Product Engineer will collaborate with product design, production, and content teams to translate show concepts into robust, user-friendly features, such as interactive challenges, scoring systems, and real-time engagement tools. Daily tasks include reviewing product requirements, architecting solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating third-party services and APIs, and conducting testing to ensure reliability and scalability. The role involves analyzing user behavior and performance metrics, identifying technical and experience gaps,



and implementing improvements that enhance audience participation and show operations. The Product Engineer will also support live and pre-recorded production needs, ensure system readiness before key events, and contribute to documentation, security, and compliance efforts. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and inform technical and product decisions.
• Proficiency in product engineering, including software development, system architecture, and integration of web and mobile technologies.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, and production) and document technical work clearly.
• Experience in product design or close collaboration with designers to create intuitive user flows, interfaces, and interaction patterns.
• Background in research and development (R&D;), including experimenting with new technologies and validating innovative product ideas.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices (version control, testing frameworks, CI/CD, security best practices).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes under time pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in media, entertainment, gaming, fintech, or interactive digital platforms is an advantage.
