About the role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Leader to own how PriceEasy finds, converts and keeps customers. You'll lead a team of three
- Email Marketing, Tradeshows, and SEO & Website Management and own social media directly. Your team runs the work day to day; you own the strategy, the targets and the results. You'll report to RevOps leadership and work side by side with product and sales. What you'll own
• Growth strategy: full-funnel targets for traffic, leads, pipeline, CAC and conversion, plus a disciplined experimentation program
• Team leadership: lead, coach and grow three direct reports, with clear KPIs for each
• Social media: build brand and demand on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, organic and paid
• SEO: technical, on-page and off-page strategy that ranks for high-intent searches
• Website: priceeasy.com as our top conversion engine
- landing pages, CRO, analytics and tracking
• Email marketing: lifecycle programs for onboarding, nurture and re-engagement
• Tradeshows and events: pick the shows that pay back, set pipeline targets, and make sure every lead gets followed up
• Project management: run launches end to end, on time and on budget, with agencies and internal teams Who you are




• You come from a company that grew rapidly on the back of excellent growth marketing, so you know what great looks like
• 5+ years in growth marketing if you graduated from a Tier 1 university; 7+ years otherwise
• You've managed marketers directly and held them to results
• Proven results across social, SEO, email, website and events
• HubSpot expertise is a must: workflows, lead scoring, email, landing pages, reporting and CRM hygiene
• Data-driven: comfortable with analytics, attribution and experiment design
• Highly energetic and highly creative
- you come up with ideas others don't, and you ship them
• Able to work onsite in Bengaluru, 5 days a week AI first PriceEasy is an AI company, and we expect this person to use AI extensively. You should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and AI creative tools to:
• Draft, test and iterate on content faster: social posts, blogs, emails and ad copy
• Create visuals and video for campaigns and tradeshows
• Speed up SEO research, keyword clustering and content briefs
• Analyse campaign data and build reports and insights
• Automate repetitive work, including HubSpot's AI features and workflows
• Lead your team to adopt AI in their daily work Nice to have
• B2B SaaS or pricing / retail-tech experience
• B2B tradeshow or field marketing experience
