Role Description The Construction Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kondivita, Andheri, Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring safe, quality-driven execution of projects. This role includes supervising site teams and contractors, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects, and ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications. The Construction Site Manager will monitor progress, manage site resources and materials, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports. The role also involves implementing safety and compliance standards,



addressing site issues proactively, and supporting cost and budget control through productive planning and decision-making. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Site Management and Construction Site Management, with proven experience supervising on-site activities and teams.
• Ability to plan and coordinate work schedules, resources, and sequencing of activities using Planning and project coordination skills.
• Demonstrated capability in Cost Control and Budgeting to support efficient use of resources and adherence to project financial targets.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Ability to solve problems on site, make sound decisions under time constraints, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Relevant technical qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience managing construction sites in urban environments, preferably within commercial or residential projects.
