About The Role
Build and ship cross-platform apps for clients in fintech, retail and logistics — from architecture through to store release. Responsibilities
• Own feature delivery end to end across iOS and Android
• Write native modules in Kotlin or Swift where the platform demands it
• Keep bundle size, cold start and crash-free rate inside agreed budgets
• Review code and mentor two to three engineers Requirements
• 4+ years building production React Native applications
• Comfortable reading and writing native Android or iOS code
• Experience with offline-first data and background sync
• Shipped at least one app to both stores end to end Tech stack
