Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves creating visual concepts for brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets, including logos, social media creatives, presentations, and website graphics. The specialist will collaborate with brand strategists, writers, and other team members to translate brand stories into compelling visual designs that align with client goals. Daily tasks include developing design layouts, refining brand elements, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.



The role also includes participation in brainstorming sessions, receiving and implementing feedback, and managing multiple design projects within deadlines. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create cohesive visual systems and layouts.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop distinct brand identities and visual marks.
• Proficiency in Image Editing and retouching using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, original work across brand identity, digital, and marketing design.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, understand brand strategy, and convert concepts into effective visuals.
• Attention to detail, solid sense of typography, color, and composition, and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
