Facilitate workshops, define and validate requirements, and provide advisory support on claims processes, operating models, and industry best practices. Responsibilities

• Drive Automation opportunities by identifying operational inefficiencies Requirements
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Auto/Motor Claims Operations
• Proven experience working with carriers, TPAs, adjusters, repair networks, legal teams, insureds, claimants, and broker servicing teams
