Role Description The Human Resources Manager will support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. The intern will help implement HR policies, support performance feedback processes, and contribute to initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive,



and collaborative work culture. Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfort with digital tools and HR-related software or platforms; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Interest in community-building, online platforms, or the matrimony/relationship space; prior HR or people-operations internship experience is an advantage.
• Holding a masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
