Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for sourcing and hiring logistics and operations talent to support Shine Logistics’ growth across North America. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake with hiring managers, drafting job postings, proactively sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules, maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and providing timely communication and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and department managers to understand workforce needs, support onboarding activities,



and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. This role also involves building talent pipelines, promoting Shine Logistics’ employer brand, and ensuring all hiring practices align with company values and applicable regulations. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in data-driven decision-making, such as tracking recruitment metrics, analyzing sourcing effectiveness, and reporting on hiring progress.
• Experience recruiting in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a professional workspace.
• Familiarity with employment laws, equitable hiring practices, and inclusive recruitment strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
