Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role is based in Hyderabad and is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations within FM Logistic India facilities.

The Maintenance

Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise equipment maintenance activities, ensuring optimal functioning of material handling systems, building infrastructure, and related utilities. The role includes implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, managing repair work, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Manager will lead and develop the maintenance team,



manage contractors and vendors, track maintenance KPIs, and optimize costs through effective resource planning. The position also involves collaborating with operations, safety, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and high operational uptime.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams, coordinate workloads, and ensure safe, efficient execution of tasks.
- Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to diagnose issues, perform or oversee repairs, and maintain material handling and facility systems.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills to design schedules, manage work orders, and track maintenance performance indicators.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of industrial safety standards, facility management practices, and basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial or related field) or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments, particularly in high-throughput operations, will be an advantage.
- Ability to use maintenance management software (CMMS), interpret technical manuals and drawings, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on safety, uptime, and cost optimization.
