Role Description The Life Insurance Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Advisor will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals, explain life insurance and investment products, and recommend suitable solutions across protection, savings, child education, and retirement planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial needs analyses, preparing personalized proposals, managing a portfolio of clients, and ensuring timely policy issuance and servicing.





The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following regulatory and company compliance standards, and participating in sales campaigns, training sessions, and local marketing activities to grow the customer base. The Advisor is expected to collaborate with internal teams and use digital tools and company systems to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to analyze customer needs and design long-term strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain different financial instruments and their implications.
- Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Insurance products, especially life insurance, to recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or advisory roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for client servicing and reporting.
- Ability to work with clear sales and service targets while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
