We are hiring an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon, Flipkart and Swiggy Instamart. You will own platform relationships, work with buying and category teams, and drive listings, visibility, sales growth and Purchase Orders (POs).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end relationships with Amazon, Flipkart and Swiggy Instamart
- Be the primary contact for marketplace account managers, category managers and buying teams
- Secure and increase POs, and improve PO frequency
- Drive new SKU listings, deals, campaigns, promotions and seasonal plans
- Coordinate with internal sales, supply chain, warehouse, finance, catalog and marketing teams
- Track stock readiness, fill rates, stock-outs, pending orders, claims and returns, and resolve issues proactively
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reviews for each marketplace
- Identify opportunities for range expansion, better placement and higher revenue
- Maintain discipline on pricing, margins,



promotions and settlements
- Monitor competition, pricing and marketplace trends

Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketplace account management or e-commerce key account management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and/or quick-commerce platforms (mandatory)
- Experience in getting POs and handling replenishment discussions (preferred)
- Background in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, IT peripherals, FMCG or D2C (preferred)

- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent follow-up and communication
- Valuable understanding of Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce business models
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Data-driven, ownership mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary: 800000 - 1000000 INR Per annum
