We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our team. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and documentation process
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Work on HR reports and data management
- Help in drafting HR communications and emails

Requirements

- Graduates with a BBA, BMS, or BA degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



Need a fluent English communicator.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
