Role Description The Junior Architect and Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution of architectural and civil engineering projects in Raipur. This full-time, in office role involves assisting in developing architectural drawings, preparing civil and structural plans, and coordinating with senior team members to align designs with project requirements and local regulations.

Daily tasks include working with design and drafting tools, contributing to project documentation, participating in site visits, and helping resolve technical issues that arise during construction.



The role also includes collaborating with contractors and consultants, tracking project progress, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with Architecture and

Architectural Design, including preparation of drawings, layouts, and design details.
- Knowledge of Software Development and

Integration as they relate to using and coordinating design, CAD, Sketch up , or

Project management tools.

- Skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) and MS Office.
- Understanding of building codes, local regulations, and fundamental structural and construction principles.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team on-site in Raipur.
