Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement JasperReports based on a prototype layout and a query accessing the Oracle backend/Google Cloud Platform tools.
- This role requires a thorough, detail-oriented, creative, and analytically strong candidate who can effectively collaborate with others to identify report requirements, design features, and specifications.
- The member must have in-depth knowledge of JasperReports and Oracle SQL/PLSQL programming technologies.
- The member is expected to use GitHub Copilot in day-to-day activities to improve efficiency and quality of delivery.
- Knowledge of Oracle database administration and performance tuning is good to have.




- The member should have good experience in applying standard software development principles.
- The member should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute tasks.
- The member should be able to respond to technical queries and requests from team members and customers.
- The member should be able to coach, guide, and mentor junior members of the team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Expectations from the Selected Candidate In addition to the duties and responsibilities mentioned above, the selected candidate should be a self-learner with strong problem-solving capabilities. The job requires coordination with multiple stakeholders across regions, so fluency in both verbal and written communication is essential. The candidate must be a team player. The job may require working in shifts and providing support during weekends on a rotational basis.
