Position Title: UAE Audit & Tax - Manager

Location: India Office (UAE Practice)

Experience Required: 4–7 Years (Overall in tax & audit. UAE specific experience is not mandatory)

Role Overview

This role supports the Firm’s UAE Tax Advisory Practice with a primary focus on technical research andhigh-quality professional drafting. The position is ideal for professionals inclined towards analyticalwork and structured advisory writing.

Core Responsibilities

Drafting

 Independently drafting and managing team:

o Tax advisory opinionso Technical memorandums o Client responseso Issue notes, presentations, and research papers o Articles and tax alerts

Other Responsibilities

 Assist in drafting and curating Marketing collateral and presentations





 Support content planning for:o LinkedIn and professional platforms o Client communication material

 Maintain content repositories and standard templates

Knowledge Management

 Maintain and update internal tax knowledge repositories

 Develop standardized templates and drafting formats

Required Skill Set

 Managing team

 Excellent Knowledge of Internation Tax

. Excellent skilled written English

 Strong analytical and interpretational ability

 Good understanding of tax laws and legal documents

 Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Qualification

 Chartered accountant/ CMA/ Tax advocate
